GPO 746 Telephone Yellow is ideal for creating a retro interior.   This telephone was the final version of the GPO 746  telephone (wiki article) which was released in this format when STD dialing became widespread throughout the UK.  In circulation from the 1970’s, this telephone was the GPO’s standard rental phone until the privatization of the telephone network.   The  new generation of push-button telephones were introduced.
